We respect your privacy.
To provide sign-in, account management, plan slots, close quotas, and alarm synchronization, this app processes necessary account, device session, and alarm configuration data. Sleep history sync only takes place after you read and accept this policy before signing in and toggle sync on; we never sell, rent, or use this data for advertising profiling.
2. What We Do Not Collect
This app does not collect the following information through its features:
- Government-issued identity documents
- Contacts, photos, videos, or microphone recordings
- Precise location or continuous GPS positioning
- HealthKit health data, continuous monitoring data, or communication content
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or cross-app tracking data
3. Permissions & Local Processing
To deliver alarm capabilities, this app uses Apple AlarmKit upon authorization, with iOS managing and triggering alarms locally. Plan times, repeat days, and titles remain stored locally; signing in only syncs plan definitions, entitlements, and confirmed backups required for cross-device recovery.
Sleep history is kept solely on the local device by default. For signed-in users who have confirmed this policy and enabled sync, sleep events are synced to the account, including event ID, plan and occurrence IDs, plan title, timezone, planned time, event time, event type, snooze identifier, completion context, and mid-session exit method/scope (closeMethod, closeScope). This data is used to restore history on new devices and display sleep performance metrics, retained for up to 90 days. You can disable sync in Settings or delete cloud sleep history; turning it off stops upload/download, and deletion clears cloud data and local account cache. Guest data always stays strictly local, never uploaded or migrated.
AlarmKit alarms are never remotely triggered by our server. Enabled status, AlarmKit IDs, system lock sessions, and device authorizations are not synced across devices, nor used for advertising, profiling, or data brokerage.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal privacy data with any third party.
This app does not process user data for advertising, data brokerage, user profiling, or cross-app tracking.
5. Information Processed by Apple or Platforms
If you download or make in-app purchases via the Apple App Store, Apple processes orders, payments, devices, or account information under its own platform rules.
Such information is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy, and is not part of the personal data actively collected by us through this app.
6. When You Actively Contact Us
If you contact us via email, your name, email address, or issue description will only be used to respond to your inquiry or resolve your request.
Except as necessary to complete our response, we will not use this information for any other purpose or share it with third parties.
7. Children's Privacy
This app does not target or provide services for the purpose of collecting personal information from children.
If a guardian believes a child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us through the information below, and we will handle it reasonably.
8. Policy Updates
If this privacy policy undergoes material changes, we will publish new versions via in-app pages, the official website, or release notes.
