1. Service Description
This app provides local alarm features based on Apple AlarmKit. Alarms are created and managed by the user on the device. The server only stores plan definitions, entitlements, and confirmed backups needed for device recovery; it does not trigger alarms remotely or record device enabled states.
Signed-in users receive 1 free plan slot. When additional plan capacity or close quotas are needed, they can be purchased on demand in-app; purchases never renew automatically.
We continuously enhance product features, but do not guarantee that all functions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available across all devices and network environments at all times.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to use this app lawfully.
Unless permitted by law or with our prior written consent, you may not:
- Copy, sell, lease, or sublicense this app
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use this app for unlawful activities, infringement, disrupting system stability, or harming third-party rights
3. One-Time Purchases & Apple Platform Rules
Plan slots and close quotas are on-demand, one-time in-app purchases. Pricing, product details, and availability are subject to what is displayed in the Apple App Store and within the app at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple; we do not store your bank card or payment account details. Purchases do not auto-renew; refunds follow Apple's applicable rules. Used close quotas cannot be exchanged for cash.
Deleting your account will forfeit purchased plan slots and remaining close quotas permanently and irrevocably.
If you download this app via Apple platforms, Apple's applicable terms of service and standard EULA may also apply.
4. Privacy & Data
This app processes account login, device sessions, plan slots, close quotas, and plan definitions to provide account services, quota verification, and device recovery. Actual AlarmKit triggering, enabled states, and system lock sessions are managed locally by iOS.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this app and its interface, graphics, text, icons, code, trademarks, and related materials belong to us or legitimate right holders.
Except as permitted by law, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.
6. Disclaimer
This app is provided on an 'AS IS' basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding:
- Uninterrupted, error-free service or full compatibility with all devices
- Malfunctions caused by network, system, Apple platform, device compatibility, force majeure, or third-party factors
- Issues arising from improper user operation, device environment, or failure to update versions timely
7. Agreement Changes & Service Adjustments
We may update this agreement based on product iterations, feature updates, or legal requirements.
Updated agreements will be published via in-app pages, website notices, or release notes, effective from the date of publication or the specified effective date.
Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
8. Applicable Law
The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by applicable mandatory laws.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
